01The service

Aigento is an AI-assisted helpdesk for Shopify merchants: a unified inbox, AI triage and drafting, automations, a knowledge base, and reporting. The service is provided by SIA "DashLabs" ("Aigento", "we"), registration No. 50203563401, Rīga, Latvia.

Marketing previews and demo screens use fictional sample data and a condensed visual treatment; the signed-in product is the source of truth for functionality.

02Accounts & workspaces

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including the access levels you grant teammates.

03Your content

You retain all rights to the content you and your customers bring into Aigento. You grant us the license needed to host, process, and display it in order to operate the service.

You are responsible for having the legal right to process your customers’ data through Aigento and for the lawfulness of messages sent from your workspace.

Data protection terms for personal data we process on your behalf are set out in our data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms.

04AI features

AI-generated triage, drafts, and suggestions can be wrong. Aigento gives you review controls — approval queues, confidence gates, dry-runs, and undo windows — and you decide which workflows may send automatically.

Messages sent from your workspace, whether approved by a person or sent by rules you configured, are your responsibility.

05Shopify & third-party services

Aigento depends on the Shopify platform and APIs; your use of Shopify remains governed by your agreement with Shopify.

If you connect your own AI provider key, your agreement with that provider governs their processing, and their availability affects the related features.

06Acceptable use

Do not use Aigento to send spam or unlawful messages, to infringe others’ rights, to attempt to breach or overload the service, or to resell it without our written consent.

07Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify Billing or Stripe on the schedule shown at purchase. Fees are exclusive of taxes. If a charge fails and remains unpaid after notice, we may suspend the workspace until it is settled.

08Term & termination

You can cancel at any time; paid periods already started are not refunded except where required by law.

After cancellation or uninstall you have 30 days to export your data, after which we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate workspaces that materially breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

09Intellectual property

Aigento, including its software and design, remains our property. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation.

10Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI outputs are accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12Indemnity

You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the service in breach of these terms, or your violation of law.

13Changes to the service or terms

We may improve or change the service over time. If we materially change these terms, we will notify workspace owners in advance; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rīga, Latvia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection law.
